Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to PROSTYLE TENNIS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By enrolling in our programs or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrollment and Fees
2.1. Enrollment in the PROSTYLE TENNIS’ programs is subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2. All fees must be paid in advance according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2.3. PROSTYLE TENNIS reserves the right to adjust fees and payment schedules at its discretion.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. All players, whether adults or minors, must adhere to PROSTYLE TENNIS’ code of conduct, including but not limited to respect for coaches, staff, and other players.
3.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
3.3. For minors, a parent or guardian must be present or available during sessions as required by PROSTYLE TENNIS.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by PROSTYLE TENNIS at least 16 hours before the start of the program for a partial refund.
4.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified period or for missed classes or court reservations.
4.3. PROSTYLE TENNIS reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4.4. Sessions are non-refundable unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Students must disclose any medical conditions or allergies upon enrollment.
5.2. PROSTYLE TENNIS is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in our programs. Students are advised to have appropriate health insurance coverage.
5.3. In case of an emergency, PROSTYLE TENNIS will make reasonable efforts to contact the player’s emergency contact. For minors, emergency contact details of a parent or guardian must be provided.
6. Use of Facilities
6.1. Students must respect the PROSTYLE TENNIS’ facilities and equipment. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the responsible party.
6.2. PROSTYLE TENNIS is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen on the premises.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. PROSTYLE TENNIS collects and uses personal information in accordance with UAE privacy laws. Information provided during enrollment will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes.
7.2. PROSTYLE TENNIS will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. PROSTYLE TENNIS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services and facilities.
8.2. PROSTYLE TENNIS will not be responsible for any incidents related to weather conditions, such as heatstroke, that may occur during attendance at our sessions.
9 . Amendments
9.1. PROSTYLE TENNIS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to students and guardians.
10. Kids Group Sessions
10.1. Payment for kids group sessions must be made at the beginning of the term or at the latest after the first attendance. Failure to do so will result in the slot being given to those who have paid, as they are given priority.
10.2. Make-up sessions are allowed provided that PROSTYLE TENNIS is given at least 16 hours’ notice.
10.3. The number of make-up sessions allowed is limited based on the frequency of the child’s attendance:
- If a child attends once a week, they are entitled to 1 make-up session.
- If a child attends twice a week, they are entitled to 2 make-up sessions.
- The maximum number of sessions a week is 4, with a corresponding maximum of 4 make-up sessions.
10.4. Make-up sessions are subject to the availability of the same group level as the child’s regular sessions and must be completed within the same term in which the original session was missed.
10.5. Walk-in sessions are available but depend on slot availability. If a slot has been paid in full for the term by another player, the walk-in option will not be available, and the walk-in participant will be moved to another slot with the same available level.
10.6. If a child is unable to attend a session due to medical reasons and provides a valid medical certificate, they will be eligible for a make-up session regardless of the notice period.
11. Private Sessions
11.1. Private sessions are available in the following formats: Private (1:1), Semi-private (2:1), and Group (4:1).
11.2. Payment for packages must be made before continuing with the sessions.
11.3. Cancellations must be made at least 16 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 16 hours of the session will result in the class being charged.
11.4. Sessions are non-refundable unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
12. Court Rental
12.1. Court rentals are available to both members and non-members of PROSTYLE TENNIS.
12.2. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
12.3. Payment for court rental must be made at the day of or before the booking.
12.4. Cancellations for court rentals must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
12.5. Players are expected to vacate the court promptly at the end of their reserved time to accommodate other bookings.
12.6. Any damage to the court or equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.
12.7. Two “no-shows” (no notice cancellation) in a one-month period will result in the suspension of court booking privileges for 14 days.
13. Tenant Rules
13.1. Each tenant is limited to 4 hours of court reservation per week.
13.2. Each tenant is entitled to invite one guest at no additional charge, and each additional guest is charged at 50 AED per booked session.
13.3. Two “no-shows” (no notice cancellation) in a one-month period will result in the suspension of court booking privileges for 14 days.
14. General
14.1. PROSTYLE TENNIS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and programs due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, maintenance work, or other events. Affected classes will be rescheduled, and participants will be notified in advance.
14.2. PROSTYLE TENNIS may cancel classes in case of events. These classes will be rescheduled for everyone affected by the cancellation.
14.3. Students and their guardians are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date with PROSTYLE TENNIS to ensure they receive all necessary communications.
14.4. Any complaints or disputes should be directed to PROSTYLE TENNIS management in writing. PROSTYLE TENNIS will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
14.5. Players or students must notify the PROSTYLE TENNIS for any cancellations and not the coaches or anyone else for that matter.
